Required Proof of Funds 

When International students are applying for internship, in some cases, it is required to verify that a student has the funds to cover the cost of his or her internship preparation costs.

Student will be required to submit documents proving her/she have the financial means to cover the internship preparation application costs.

Required minimum amounts

Your proof of funds must show at least the amount.

EURO 2.500

Accepts form of financial proff.

This proof can come from several different sources (personal, family, university,etc.). Any combination of funds is acceptable, as long as you demonstrate you can cover the full cost of the program. 

Personal Funds

Bank statement with the account holder’s name, currency type and account type in English printed on the bank’s official letterhead. It should be a scanned copy of statements in original and duly stamped and signed by the bank. The document must be up-to date at your application date and should show the minimum EURO 2.500 (or higher) amount required for your program.

Family Funds

Bank statement or bank letter dated within the last six months with the account holder’s name, currency type and account type in English printed on the bank’s official letterhead. It should be a scanned copy of statements in original and duly stamped and signed by the bank.

Scholarship letters 

Are also accepted from governments and other organizations. The letter must be in English and indicate the amount of funds awarded.

Sponsors letters

A letter from the person giving you money, If you have a sponsor, they must provide a signed statement that says: “I agree to financially support [your name] with all internship applications costs”  Their name and signature on the letter must be in English characters with the date.
