Proof of Funding Details

FINANCIAL ABILITY

Prospective international applicants may be asked to proof funding to ensure that they can afford to pay internship preparation costs. This includes being able to cover internship preparation costs and travel. 

Required minimum amounts

  • Applicants may be required to submit documents proving her/she have the financial means to cover the internship preparation application costs. Proof of funds must show at least the amount EURO 2.300. If we invite you to apply, you may be asked to give written proof that you have this money. Your funds must be available to you when you apply for internship.

Proof can be provided by submitting one of the following documents:

  1. Bank Statements: These should show that you have sufficient funds in your account to cover your expenses.
  2. Scholarship Letters: If you have received a scholarship, the letter should detail the amount awarded and the duration.
  3. Financial Guarantee Letters: These are often provided by sponsors or family members who are supporting you financially.
 

When submitting these documents, make sure that the contents are readable – especially the account number, account name, and balance.

If your bank statements are not in English, you must also send a fully certified translation by a professional translator.
