  • agriLIDA asks for your regular contact information when you enter into an agreement with agri LIDA. It is primarily information such as name, address, zip code, telephone and mobile phone number, e-mail etc.
    The personal information we collect is used to identify you as a customer and provide the services you bought from us.
    The personal data we collect in connection with the fulfillment of the agreement will be stored in our IT system and / or in a physical register.

COLLECTION

  • agri LIDA collects all personal information directly from the individual, except in the case of references.
  •  Pictures can be posted on our website.

  • Application: Personal data is used to make the best possible match between the applicant and the host family.
  • Visa: Personal data is used to apply for a visa / work permit / residence permit in cases where necessary.

  • The personal information we collect about you in connection with our agreement is used first and foremost primarily for ordinary customer administration, including for example to fulfill the agreement you have entered into with agri LIDA and sending an invoice.

  • When you contact us (eg via contact form or e-mail), personal information is collected. On the contact form itself, you can see which information is collected by completing the form. This information is stored and used solely to respond to your request, eg for contact recording and the related technical administration.

 

Transfers to countries outside the EU / EEA

  • We will transfer your personal information to the following countries outside the EU / EEA:
  • Vietnam, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Japan, Braslien - determined by which country  what country you want an intern from
  • Once you have accepted an applicant, a description of your holding is sent to our partner as well as the applicant himself.

Period of storage

  • The information is kept for 1 years the time allowed by law and we delete them when they are no longer necessary. The period depends on the nature of the information and the background for storage. Therefore, it is not possible to specify a general timeframe for when information is deleted.

Insights and complaints

  • You are entitled to know what personal information we are processing about you. You may also object to the use of information at any time. You may also revoke your consent to processing information about you. If the information processed about you is incorrect, you are entitled to correct or delete.
