Make Sure Your Application Can Be Processed Smoothly
To help us review your application quickly and avoid unnecessary delays, all required documents must be submitted in the correct PDF format. Applications that do not meet these requirements may be rejected before the assessment process begins.
High-Quality Scans Only
All required documents—including your passport, confirmation of enrolment, transcripts, diplomas, and any other supporting documents—must be submitted as clear, complete, high-resolution colour scans.
Do not submit:
- Photographs of documents taken with a phone or camera
- Compressed (.zip) files
- Links to cloud storage or file-sharing services
If a document was originally issued in a language other than English, it must be accompanied by a certified English translation.
Your scans must:
- Show the entire document, including all edges
- Be straight, correctly aligned, and easy to read
- Be free from shadows, glare, reflections, fingers, or missing sections
- Be unedited, with no filters, cropping, or digital alterations
Certified English Translations
Any document not originally issued in English must be accompanied by a certified English translation prepared by an authorised translator.
The translation must include:
- The translator’s official stamp
- The translator’s signature
- A certification statement confirming the translation is accurate, where required
Self-translations, machine translations, or unofficial translations will not be accepted.
