We expect you to:

Interview, screen, and select qualified candidates

Submit approved candidates to agri LIDA®

Provide accurate information to students and educational institutions about agri LIDA® internship abroad opportunities

Assist with embassy-related matters and troubleshooting

Support participants with travel arrangements and booking

Prepare candidates professionally and practically for their internship abroad
Skills/competences:

High level of client guidance and advisory skills

Strong executive and organizational abilities

High capacity to engage and motivate individuals

Solid social media and internet proficiency

Fluency in English (written and spoken)
